ACCCT is an organization which operates as a joint venture of independent workers’ compensation advisory and rating organizations. Its purpose is to foster software development and technical cooperation on a project basis among its membership. Any number of members may agree to a joint effort for a given project. ACCCT facilitates this cooperation by providing a venue and support for legal services, billing, and bookkeeping.

Special Notification Regarding the ACCCT
Record Retention and Deletion Policy

Records past their retention date are deleted on a daily basis.

The ACCCT retention policy is to:
  • delete any EXRs that have an expiration date older than 2 years.
  • delete any policies that have an expiration date older than 2 years and an entry date older than 2 years.
  • delete any USRs that meet the following criteria:
    • Have a most recent submission date that is older than 3 years or
    • Have not been submitted and have an entry date older than 3 years.

PEEP and BEEP records can be archived to a local computer using functionality found in each of those sections. Refer to the user guide for each section for instructions.
